Graph 10 depicts data for the town of Norwich.  The data from this community shows a considerable amount of variability over the five year period where data were collected.  Nonetheless, since every year the percentage of births to teen mothers in Norwich greatly exceeded the number of births to teens statewide, Norwich remains a community in need of teen pregnancy prevention services.
